If you meet our minimum criteria, you can then expect to go through a series of interviews and assessments designed to make sure
we both make the right decision. These include telephone and face-to-face interviews, a competency based assessment and a ‘meet the Directors’ session.
And, as we know that finding the time to attend interviews while you are in a job can be tough, we’ll aim to make ourselves as flexible as possible - that’s when our commitment to you starts.
