About the Position
Our client is looking to recruit quickly an experienced and highly successful Web Developer:
Reporting to the Head of Web Development you will be responsible for assisting in the development of all of our clients consumer and client facing websites. This is a fast moving and very dynamic environment; youll have to think on your feet, find creative solution to problems, meet tight deadlines and work in a matrix style across the organization.

About the Candidate

The requisite attributes are:
Excellent XHTML, HTML and CSS
Ability to code by hand - W3C-compliant code is essential
Good Java Script, Ajax
Advanced experience in Photoshop and Illustrator,
Good eye for details
Good understanding of cross-browser, device and platform compatibility
Excellent knowledge of web standards
Good knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
User-centered web design approach
Ability to work quickly on multiple projects
Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work to timescale and the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
Communications skills - ability to communicate at all levels and with all departmental heads.
Creative but practical approach to problem solving.
Confident, personable character, capable of building good working relationships with team members
