Job Title: Business, BIG eCommerce Projects, Kent

Salary: 50-55k dependant on experience
Location: Maidstone, Kent

Our client is a prestigious international high street fashion retailer. They are desirable and very well respected brand and would make an awesome addition to almost any CV.

We are working exclusively with our client to find a total of 17 staff, working primarily on cutting edge ecommerce development in an open-source environment
The person running the project is an amazing leader and will ensure that everyone involved will be getting the most possible from this challenge and the role they take.

Role:

The role will involve analysing and documenting the existing business processes and producing project feasibility reports that document the proposed solutions in technically complex business areas.
This will include identifying potential solutions, assessing the technical and business suitability within the company and presenting these proposals to stakeholders.

You will be working as a key link between stakeholders, developers and third party IT suppliers throughout the lifecycle. It is expected that you will have experience gathering and documenting business requirements for transaction online / ecommerce websites.

You will facilitate workshops for stakeholders and prepare high, low and functional specifications as well as managing the impact of changing requirements. It is expected that you can translate stakeholder objectives into detailed project briefs, producing outline designs, specifications and assess the costs of various technical solutions, possibly suggesting alternative solutions where appropriate.


Requirements:
Experience working on e-commerce transactional projects or within a retail environment would be highly desirable. Ideally working on fast-paced short projects as well as longer term change programmes.
You will possess strong experience of gathering and documenting business requirements with techniques such as creating user cases, user journeys, wireframes and usability.

You will have extensive commercial experience in a similar or related role, be driven by results and posses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience of working in an Agile environment would be advantageous.
Experience of writing user manuals or providing user training is desirable but not essential.
