Job Description
A large company based in the City requires a Field Sales Executive.
The role will be roughly 50% of the week based from the office approaching clients and 50% out at meetings and signing new contracts.
The role requires someone who can:
· Start, maintain and secure a client relationship culminating in a win
· Adapt communication style and presentation technique depending on client.
We require:
* Proven experience of a solution based sale
* Experience of working in a Pressurised and Target Driven Environment
* Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
* Ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience
* Strong negotiation skills
* Good listening skills with the ability to interpret the customers needs
* Willingness to ‘cold call’ on the telephone
* Able to work autonomously
* Tenacious and persistent
* A strong desire to win
* Attention to detail
* Have proven knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases.
The role comes with Bonus up to £20000!
