Due to organic business growth we are looking for someone who understands the recruitment lifecycle and is keen on the idea of stepping into a role where they could take on live roles with existing clients. This of course means that there's less cold-calling and more deal-making on offer as the clients have already been brought onboard with T's and C's agreed and roles signed off.
We would of course be looking for the successful candidate to move on from this in due course but for the first few months there would be enough business for you to focus on without having to do any business development.

ROLE SPECIFICATION
Role Title : Recruitment Consultant Reporting to : Associate Director Location : Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 Hiring Manager : Steve Dimmick, (Associate Director, New Media) Start date : ASAP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Tasks
Sales calls gaining relevant technical requirements New Business Cold calling Arrange / Plan / Lead on new business meetings. Tender for Contractual Supplier Relationships. Providing flexible recruitment solutions for clients. Defining & developing market specialisation and planning the growth of this business area. Qualifying & prioritising client requirements Networking and developing ongoing client relationships Generate own sales leads Client & Candidate salary negotiation Ongoing candidate care Time management Keeping up to date with new technologies and market shifts Accurately taking down job descriptions New business meetings
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
There is a strong team culture, however the candidate will be working on his/her own within this team to generate new business while sharing market knowledge and sales leads.
Degree level education preferred but not necessary. At least 12 months experience in the role. Will have worked in a quality focussed recruitment consulting environment, or will want to work in one. Be able to manage your own time. Have the desire and drive to succeed. Marketing or Sales experience in industry type or similar Market, product and completion knowledge. Good understanding of business drivers. Good IT understanding. Keeps abreast of industry and competitive information.
PERSONAL QUALITIES
Self motivated Recruitment Consultant Able to deliver high quality against pressurised deadlines Outstanding oral, written communication & interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage /support and work within a small team. Must have a strong personality The ability to deliver top quality customer service is an absolute must.
COMPANY BENEFITS
Package Basic Salary of 17.5k to 25k, depending on skills, potential and experience Uncapped Commission
